I have made this Women's leather belt from Italian Vachetta Leather. The leather I used is naturally tanned and full grain leather. It comes with a gorgeous Concho 
 style metal buckle, that works to compliment the belt.

    This document will provide written guidelines for instances where your purchase has either sustained a fault or has been delivered faulty.

     

    In any instance, you must provide proof of your warranty to Caruso Leathers, which will be provided with your purchase. As such, please ensure it is kept safe.

     

    RETURNS

     

    Can I claim a refund?

     If your purchase has a fault (please see below for fault definition details), and you do not wish for a replacement product or repair, then you will need to claim within 30 days from the date of your purchase. You can claim by contacting our customer services department; info@carusoleathers.com. Please quote your billing information.

    Should your claim be authorized, you will need to return the faulty item to our manufacturing store. This can be done by attaching a postage label that we will send for you to print.

    Once we have received your purchased item, a full refund will be processed back into your account within 10-14 working days.

     

    What if I want to exchange an item?

     You are allowed to exchange an item which has a fault (please see below for fault definition details) for either a replacement of the same item purchased or for another item that is equal to the original transaction value.

    You will have 90 days to make your claim for an exchange from the date of purchase.

    You can make your claim by contacting our customer services department "info@carusoleathers.com". Please quote your billing information. If your claim is authorized, you will then need to return the faulty item to our manufacturing store. This can be done by attaching a postage label that we will send for you to print.

     

    Once we have received your faulty item, and we will package your replacement product and ship it to your delivery address. We aim to process and dispatch your replacement product within 10-14 working days. We aim to adhere to the same delivery guidelines in terms of delivery times as shown on your original order.

    Definition of a Fault as referred to in the return periods:

    Any leather/mechanical defects arising from the improper workmanship in creating the product including tears in the leather/lining or breaks in the stitching, faulty clasps, buckles, zips etc. The term fault would not include any natural flaw in the leather grain or slight inconsistency in the colour of the product as a result of using our natural dyes, or any negligent/excessive use on the part of the customer.

     

     

     WARRANTY

    This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from Caruso Leathers. Furthermore, only under the terms and conditions of this warranty as stated in this document does it apply.

    How long is the warranty?

    The Warranty is for 50 years which we believe is the average our products should last and therefore covers the normal user cycle of our products. Due to the quality of our products we are confident enough to offer a warranty which exceeds the length of many other leather product outlets.

    What does this warranty cover?

    We will repair any of our items which under normal use has a fault in the stitching on the bag itself/strap/lining or otherwise; a fault in the clasp/zip mechanisms, any tear in any pocket or storage option/lining. As in the normal use of the product, these things should normally last the life of the overall product, but if it doesn't we will repair it.

     

    What does the Warranty not cover?

     Any natural flaw in the grain of the leather or any defect in the leather exterior or product where the product should have been returned within the required return period as stated; any misuse of the product/excessive use, lack of proper maintenance/care, or any deterioration due to normal wear and tear.

     

    How does the Warranty operate?

    In the first instance please contact our customer services department on the contact details given on this site info@carusoleathers.com.Please have your billing information on hand.

    The customer services department will ascertain the problem and the required attention needed to fix it.

    If it is agreed that the issue falls within the warranty, you will need to return the faulty item to our manufacturing store. This can be done by attaching a postage label that we will send for you to print.

    If the product needs to be fixed at our shop we aim to complete this and return the product to you within 28 days of receipt. In most cases, your product will be returned well before the expiry of this period.
